We cover all taxes and duty of orders sent to the EU and Europe. 

For US customers, we don't cover taxes and duty on orders with a value of over $800USD (or GBP equivalent) so we recommend splitting orders if the order value exceeds this amount. 

For Australian customers, we don't cover taxes and duty on orders with a value of over $1000AUD (or GBP equivalent) so we recommend splitting orders if the order value exceeds this amount. 


We’re confident you’ll be delighted with the quality of our products, but we want you to be able to try F&T products risk-free. We're therefore offering free returns for refund or exchanges to customers Worldwide for 14 days from receipt of goods. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must be unused and in a resellable condition with the tags still attached.  Your return must be shipped back to Form&Thread within 14 calendar days of delivery. 

We cannot offer a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met. 



UK returns:

To arrange your return, please visit our Royal Mail return portal to generate your return label.
Once you have registered your return, you will receive an email including two free labelling options:
1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.
2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it on your parcel.
Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it can take up to 10 working days to process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification once your refund has been actioned.

Rest of the world returns: 

To make a return, please follow the below steps:

Send an email with your Form&Thread order number, items that will be returned and reason for return to to register the return.

*Please fill in the returns form that accompanied your order, adding this to the returning parcel. For customers outside the UK, we'll email a DHL label. In case of an exchange, make sure to specify the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s).

* Take the return shipping label and place it on your package and drop at your nearest post office (UK customers) or DHL drop point (customers outside the UK). 


F&T covers both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item. All exchanges are based on stock availability. 


Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. F&T will provide your refund within 30 days of receipt providing they meet the terms and conditions of our return policy. Refunds are made to the original credit card and take 7-10 business days from processing to show up on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free worldwide shipping is eligible for orders over £150.
