Returns & Exchanges

We’re confident you’ll be delighted with the quality of our products, but we want you to be able to try F&T products risk-free. We therefore offer free returns or exchanges to all UK customers for 40 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.


To make a return, please follow the below steps:

* Send an email with your Form&Thread order number, items that will be returned and reason for return to to register the return. Please fill in the returns form, adding this to the returning parcel. If you’re a UK customer, we’ll email a collect+ returns label to you. Customers outside the UK will have to arrange shipping of the return. In case of exchange, make sure to specify the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s).
* For customers in the UK, use the pre-paid return shipping label and place it on your package and drop to your nearest collect+ store.
* Outside the UK, ship the return with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. That way, the carrier will refund your loss should anything happen to the parcel on the way back to us:

Within the UK F&T offer free exchanges for different sizes or colours – so you can try our product without risk. F&T covers both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item. Outside the UK, customers are required to organise and pay return shipping, however F&T will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please return the item to us and place a separate order.


Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. F&T provides refunds for fully returned orders in perfect condition. Refunds are made to the original credit card and take 5-10 business days from processing to show up on your account.
