Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident you’ll be delighted with the quality of our products, but we want you to be able to try F&T products risk-free. We're therefore offering free returns or exchanges to customers Worldwide for 30 days after purchase. We've also extended our Christmas returns policy until, 11th January.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
To make a return, please follow the below steps:
* Send an email with your Form&Thread order number, items that will be returned and reason for return to email@example.com to register the return.
Please fill in the returns form, adding this to the returning parcel. If you’re a UK customer, we’ll email a collect+ returns label to you. For customers outside the UK we'll email a DHL label. In case of exchange, make sure to specify the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s).
* Take the pre-paid return shipping label and place it on your package and drop to your nearest collect+ store (UK customers) or DHL drop point (customers outside the UK).
F&T covers both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. F&T provides refunds for fully returned orders in perfect condition. Refunds are made to the original credit card and take 5-7 business days from processing to show up on your account.
